The real problem
Every reel says something different, so training becomes a random mix that never builds anything.
Sets, reps, rest and progression are guesswork — so the weights and the physique stay the same.
Keto, then no rice, then intermittent fasting. Nothing lasts long enough to actually work.
One missed week turns into a missed month because there's no plan for the bad weeks.
Late meetings, client dinners, hotel gyms and weekend trips make a rigid plan impossible.
Without feedback you can't tell what's working, so you change everything or give up.
Coaching approach
Every exercise in your plan is there for a reason — chosen for your body, your equipment and your goal, not for content.
Nutrition built on the food you already eat at home, with room for restaurant meals and weekends.
Clear sets, reps, rest and week-to-week progression so training gets measurably harder over the 12 weeks.
Weekly check-in data decides the next change — not a random guess or a new trend.

A structured review of training, nutrition, steps, sleep and how you feel.
Weight, measurements, photos and lifting numbers tracked over the program.
Training and nutrition updated as your body and your calendar change.
A direct line to me for questions, swaps and problem-solving between check-ins.
How it works
Fill the short application so I understand your goal, history and schedule.
We review your training experience, lifestyle, food habits and any limitations.
Your training program and nutrition framework, built for your week — not a template.
Train, log your sessions and food, and submit a weekly check-in.
I read your data and adjust training, calories or structure so progress keeps moving.
Practical Indian nutrition
Nutrition only works if it fits the food that's actually cooked in your house. Your plan is built around regular Indian home food — dal, sabzi, rice, chapati, curd, idli, dosa, eggs, paneer, chicken — with portions and protein structured to your goal. Office lunches, weekend restaurant meals, festivals and family functions are planned for, not banned.
FAQ
Yes. The plan is built to your current level, and every exercise comes with clear instructions on how to perform and progress it. Beginners usually see the fastest change because the structure is there from day one.
No. Your nutrition is built around the food you already eat, including Indian home food and occasional restaurant meals. There is no banned-foods list — only targets and structure.
Your program is designed around the number of days you can realistically commit to. We decide that together during the assessment rather than forcing a fixed schedule.
Travel is planned for. You'll get alternative sessions for hotel gyms or minimal equipment, and guidance for eating on the road so a work trip doesn't reset your progress.
Tell me in the application. Training can be adapted around many limitations, but coaching is not medical treatment — anything that needs a doctor or physiotherapist should be cleared with them first.
The core program runs 12 weeks, which is long enough for meaningful, measurable change. Continuing after that is optional.
You fill the application form on this page. I read every submission and get back to you about whether 1:1 coaching is the right fit and what the next step is.
